Keep cool and measure viscosity with Honeybun
The Problem:
The subcutaneous administration of biologic drugs is more and more popular, resulting in renewed focus on the topics of syringeability and manufacturability of high concentration biologics. Viscosity and rheology of these formulations are critical areas of research. Typical viscometers and rheometers require large sample volumes and have a throughput of one-sample-a-time. Even most chip-based instrumentation doesn’t address the throughput issue, it just automates sample loading and requires extensive washing of the chip between samples, to prevent clogging.
The Solution:
Honeybun is the viscometer and rheometer designed to address these bottlenecks. Determine viscosities of 10 samples in 1 minute, in a disposable Bun – no cleaning required. Assess samples up to 150 cP and sweep shear rates to find out if the sample is Newtonian or not. Honeybun requires as little as 15 microliters of sample and determines viscosities between 4 °C and 45 °C.
The Proof:
Join our seminar to see how to keep viscosity experiments cool and quick and with Honeybun. We’ll introduce you to the instrument and highlight all the features of the fastest viscometer out there.
